What masterclasses does Jordon's offer?
We run three at our Darling Harbour waterfront venue: Cocktail Making Classes ($110pp), Gin Tasting Classes ($105pp) and Whisky Tasting Classes (from $95pp).
Where are the Jordon's masterclasses held?
At Jordon’s Seafood, Shop 6, 32–34 The Promenade, King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour right on the water in the heart of Sydney.
How long does each class run?
Around 1.5–2 hours, depending on the class and group size. (CORRECT)
Are the classes hands-on?
Cocktail Making is fully hands-on you’ll shake and build your own drinks. The Gin and Whisky classes are guided tastings led by our team, walking you through styles, aromas and food pairings.
How many people do I need to book?
Classes are ideal for groups. (No max group size, minimum of 10 for each class)
Can we stay for dinner afterwards?
Absolutely that’s the best part. Finish your class then stay for chargrilled seafood, live lobster and platters by the water. Let us know when booking and we’ll arrange your table.
Are the masterclasses good for corporate or celebration groups?
Yes! Our masterclasses are a popular choice for corporate team-building, birthdays, hens parties and other celebrations. We can tailor the experience to suit your group and offer additional add-ons to make your event extra special.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, because the classes involve alcohol, guests must be 18+ and valid ID may be requested.
What's included in the price?
Your masterclass includes a fully guided, hands-on experience with expert instruction, all ingredients and beverages used throughout the session, plus delicious food and canapés to enjoy. Looking for something more substantial? We also offer additional food options and upgrades to suit your group.
Can you cater to dietary requirements or non-drinkers?
Yes, with advance notice we can accommodate dietary needs and offer non-alcoholic alternatives. Please tell us when you book.
How do I book a masterclass?
Enquire through the Masterclasses page, email us at dine@jordonsseafood.com.au or call us on +61 2 9262 2412. We’ll confirm your date, group size and any add-ons.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We do not require deposits however, we do use preauthorisation to secure bookings. This would be sent to your email once your confirm your booking. Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, if you cancel within 3 days of your booking or don’t show up, a cancellation fee per person will be taken as specified.
Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days prior to your booking or event. This is the final number that will be charged on the day of your booking or event.
For bookings of 20 guests or more, final numbers must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the booking.
Changes in numbers for bookings with set menus, masterclasses or other packages will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the number of guests not attending at the package rate.
After you arrive for your booking, the amount held will be released.
