Our 5-course Degustation Menu offers a range of different flavours for you to enjoy.

Indulge yourself in a world of sensations with our chef’s selected dishes.

The degustation menu is available every day of the week. Bookings are essential and must be made 24hs before.

Minimum 4 people.

COURSE 1 DEGUSTATION MENU

Mixed Oysters

Yuzu Avocado, Natural, Kilpatrick

Swordfish Carpaccio

With lemon dressing, basil, cherry tomato, chilli & black olives

Tuna Tartare

High-grade seared fresh yellow-fin Australian tuna, tomato
concasse and avocado  served with rice and finished
with a sesame, mint, chilli and ginger dressing

COURSE 2 DEGUSTATION MENU

Seafood Croutons

With catch of the day seafood

Marinated Salmon

Served with rocket, parmesan and balsamic vinegar glaze

Prawn Skewers

Charcoal-grilled marinated prawns, served with an
apple cider vinegar, chilli, honey and ginger sauce
with shredded wakame garnished with sesame seeds

COURSE 3 DEGUSTATION MENU

Salt and Pepperberry Squid

Spiced & crispy fried baby calamari served with shallots, chilli
and char-grilled  lemon

Mussels au Gratin

Mussels stuffed with bread crumbs, parmesan, chilli pepper au gratin

Octopus in a Spicy Sauce

Pan-fried octopus with cherry tomatoes, olives, chilli, basil and a
touch of Napoli sauce

Scallops

Shell served roasted scallops on a bed of creamy peas topped with
fresh mint leaves

COURSE 4 DEGUSTATION MENU

Gnocchi Frutti di Mare

Potato gnocchi cooked in a prawn bisque with calamari,
prawns, clams, mussels, cherry tomatoes,
chilli and a touch
of napoli sauce

Moreton Bay bugs

Steamed and served with a selection of homemade
sauces (lime mayonnaise, cocktail sauce & mango mustard)

Prawn Skewers

Charcoal-grilled marinated prawns, served with an apple
